A Star Safety Consultants Pte Ltd (formerly known as Mie-Tech Consultants Pte Ltd), a Singapore based company was incorporated in 2007. We provide a one-stop solution for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and large organizations for all management systems need such as ISO, SS, IEC, CPs, etc. We have a strong pool of PMC, ACTA, DACE certified consultants and SAC accredited WSH Auditors. We have established a methodology for delivering cost-effective, integrated and customized solutions. We also assist an organization to leverage on the government incentives that are applicable for certain solutions.
Processes for handling requests for information and complaints
We shall be responsible for all decisions at all levels of the complaints-handling process. Submission, investigation, and decision on complaints shall not result in any discriminatory actions against the complainant. Complaints can be channeled to kader@astarconsultants.com.sg.
