We provide all services related to training. We have qualified ACTA and DACE personnel to spearhead these services.
- Training Need Analysis – TNA is the process of identifying the gap between employee training and needs of training. Training needs analysis is the first stage in the training process and involves a procedure to determine whether training will indeed address the problem which has been identified.
- Curriculum Development – It is an important part of the education process, ensuring that classes at all levels, from early childhood to post-secondary, are best designed to help students be successful in learning the material and gaining the skills needed to continue to advance.
- Courseware Development – These are educational material intended as kits for teachers or trainers or as tutorials for students, usually packaged for use with a computer. Courseware can encompass any knowledge area, but information technology subjects are most common.
- Assessment Development – A test is only as good as the process by which it is created. And no one has created a better process for designing, developing and administering assessments than ETS. A complex and exacting process, producing a test involves multiple checks and balances and painstaking attention to detail
- Training Plan Development – Employee training and development is a broad term covering multiple kinds of employee learning. Training is a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles.
- In-house Training – This is a training program for learning opportunities developed by the organization in which they are used. Training may be required to be provided to employees as part of legislative requirements for industry performance and safety standards or continuing education requirements.
